Crusted with gorgonzola cheese and bread crumbs, grilled and placed on a bed of scarlet runner beans tossed with baby portobello mushrooms, green bell peppers and Vidalia onions in a Chianti butter sauce. $32

Pan seared and served crowned with wild ramp butter over a crispy asparagus and pancetta potato cake and wilted broccoli raab with Chardonnay sauce. $31

Salmon Roulade
